Diplomatic Embassy

Getting them together in one room to talk - THAT'S an adventure!

As conflicts ensue across the expanding Galaxy, there will always be a need for mediation. That's just one of the many goals of the Diplomatic Embassy. In addition to maintaining open channels of communication between all of the disparate factions, The Embassy also ran Peace Talks at MW11, and established the Galactic Relief Fund to help those unfortunate victims of armed aggressions on a planetary scale. The Embassy also sponsors excellent parties, like the recent celebrations of the Emperor's wedding.

From its inception, the Diplomatic Embassy had been headed by Princess Azarra Vader, recently revealed to be a daughter of Lord Vader. However, as the ramifications of Azarra's joining with The Emperor are still being sorted out, the Embassy is currently being run by Azarra's personal aide, Jordan.

If Diplomacy is your forte, then the Embassy NEEDS your talents. Remember, it is possible to belong to more than one Division in FOE. If you want to play another character in addition to your Diplomat, that's fine.

Princess Vader can often be found in the mortal guise of Janice Mergenhagen. She created the Embassy because she enjoyed good role-play, but wasn't necessarily interested in all of the running around of the Blaster Battle.

Actually, the Embassy began as the DEAD ROOM at one MW, where players killed during the BB were sent to serve their inactive time in a controlled setting. While waiting for their time to expire, they could buy many fascinating items from the archives, and plot strategy for when they returned to life.

The Embassy has no formal ranking system: All diplomats are equal (and are eligible for a 10% discount at the Palpatine Mega-Mall). While the work is serious, we try to have some fun. If you join The Embassy, we would like a biography of your Diplomatic persona. In addition, we also print communiques to other diplomats or characters, artwork, and Imperial Invasion clippings and any generalized or related SW news you happen across.
