At this point in time, you should be on a computer which can handle this version of browser.<br>
If you can see this, it's time to stop fighting history and get a new browser.<br>
If your computer really can't handle a navigator which uses frames, you're SOL, my friend.

We've come full circle, it seems. The above note was written when I first created these webpages a decade ago.<Br>
You know, back when computers were the only way to view the web. Then, about maybe six years ago I got an irate note<br>
from someone with a PDA/cell phone saying my note was offensive since her gadget was the latest thing and she surely<br>
wasn't behind the times. And now, most cellular gadgets can probably handle frames, so no one will be seeing these<br>
notes again until some brand-new web browsing mobile gadget comes along that doesn't handle everything the same as<br>
what came before. Ain't technology grand?
