This page holds links to all of the places I have detailed in The City of Doors. Taking a quick look down the page, it's readily apparent that these locations are either Taverns, Inns, or Shops. I can defend this by saying that this kind of basic infrastructure needed detailed, plus these are the sort of places that my players like to have their characters hang out at and visit. As time goes by, I may get around to placing some other locations here, such as the homes/lairs of several important NPCs and other such "adventure" locations.
Official TSR Locations in Sigil
Part of the initial work I did for my first campaign invovled compiling a list of the locations in Sigil that TSR has at least mentioned, if not described. It is only current up to the Facol's Manifesto and the DUNGEON Magazine adventure "Umbra". Any places in newer products are not on this list, and I doubt I'll work up the motivation to add to it any time soon.

Severed Head Weapons
This is a weapons dealer that is briefly described in In the Cage. TSR has only given it a general location, and a price list for its version of Baatorian Green Steel Weapons. I expanded on the description, gave it some staff, and included some rules to account for my version of Planar Metals.

The Black Sails Tavern
This is another TSR-created location. It was first seen in The Eternal Boundary. However, to me, this tavern was too mundane. A normal two-story building with a sail hanging on it? Oh please. So, I reworked the place to make it more appropriate to the Planescape setting. Now, The Black Sails is sea-going vessel that has been converted into a tavern. In my campaign, it has become the unoffical base of operations for my PCs.

The Sword and Buckler
This tavern was originally given a small paragraph in the sourcebook In the Cage. The entry did not have enough description for me, so I expanded upon it. I did all this work for a 'cameo' appearance in my campaign - it was the scene of the part of the first adventure and has never been used since.

The Hammer and Anvil
Finally, something that is a completely original creation of mine. This is a tavern which caters to Godsmen and others who work the forge. This place was another cameo location - it appeared in my version of The Eternal Boundary as the place where the party had to retreive Eliath from.

The Tenth Pit
This bar is given some mention in In the Cage. Again, I felt that this locale really needed a bit more detail than what was provided. However, I did not provide it. The text here is by Coreymephit, an old veteran of PLANESCAPE-L who, as far as I can tell, is no longer on the mailing list. (Disclaimer: The original text is by Corey; I can't remember if I made any modifications to it or not when typing it up.)

Old for New
This is a business in Sigil. The idea originally came from an unfinished story by one of the my players. It is a perfect example of the various Factions feed off one another. Here, a Fated merchant willingly trades with Doomguard - he gives them old and decayed items in exchange for any 'disgusting' new ones they may find. He then turns around and sells the new items to other customers in a different location.

The Annex
This is the place that figures quite heavily in the story "The Gambler", written by my players. It is an addition to the TSR-created location of Fortune's Wheel - a gaming house in the Lady's Ward. The Annex is the place where all the real Players go. The stakes can get quite high - all the way up to one's soul.

The Club
This is an inn located in the Market Ward. It caters primarily to members of the Free League and independent merchants. I created this place in response to my Indep player's request for a 'safe' place to stay in town, given all of the Harmonium activity against the Indeps of late.

Wayfarer's Row
This is a street of shops in the Market Ward. The original idea and work was done by someone else; I borrowed it and modified it to match my style of game. Unfortunately, it never played as big a role as I had initially hoped. Regardless, here's my finished version saved from the dustbin.
