Carter and my son-in-law William Ball. Wits: Joseph Ball, Jas. Innis, Wm. Ball. W.B. 8, p. 74. GEORGE HEALE was a Justice in Lancaster County in 1684 and a Burgess in 1695 through 1697. His will, leaving a large estate in lands, was probated January 12, 1698. He named his friend Robert Carter and his son-in-law William Ball as overseers of his will. 24
