Came to American from England in 1709., They were apparently among the "poor Palatines" transported by good Queen Anne. Hendrick leased land from Gilbert Livingston in Dutchess Co Augut 1724, reserving 4 acres for a church 3 miles north of present Rhinebeck, known as the"Pink's Corner" church.3
